No More Knots Massage was established in 2017 and services clients from Maketu, Pongakawa, Pukehina, Paengaroa, and Pikowai.
Kirsten has been a professional Massage Therapist since 2009. As a therapist passionate for helping her clients achieve their individual massage therapy goals, she tailors her approach and the technique used to get the best result. Kirsten specialises in sports, relaxation, remedial, trigger point and pregnancy massages as well as dry needling and kinesiology.
